Getting started with AIOR CONNECT

The same product for Mac and Windows. Install on every machine in your fleet — you choose which device connects to which. Neither Mac nor Windows is required as a specific role.

macOS

DMG recommended (drag-and-drop). PKG is an alternative installer.

Windows

Setup wizard — uninstall from Add or Remove Programs. Windows SmartScreen may warn on first install; see note below.

Mac DMG: open the disk image and drag AIOR CONNECT to Applications. Do not reuse old pkg files from Trash — always download again from this page.

Windows SmartScreen ("Windows protected your PC"): This appears because the publisher signature is not yet recognized by Windows — the file is downloaded from aiorconnect.com. Click "More info" → "Run anyway" to continue setup. If corporate policy blocks it, ask IT to allow downloads from aiorconnect.com.

Setup steps (Mac or Windows — same flow)

  1. Download the installer for your operating system and install AIOR CONNECT.
  2. Enter your license key on the installer's license key step. The background agent starts automatically.
  3. Repeat on every machine you want in your fleet — Mac to Mac, Windows to Windows, Mac to Windows, or the other way around.
  4. On any installed device, open AIOR CONNECT → Remote fleet → select a device → live screen and terminal.

Operator panel (optional)

  1. Sign in at /AiorPanel for licenses, device limits, and fleet view in the browser.
  2. Use the desktop app for day-to-day remote access — the panel is for administration and billing.

License keys are not looked up on the public website — enter them in the desktop app or AiorPanel.
